  6. AMAC33.ZIP  is uploaded  to CompuServe  IBMAPP  Lib 0,  Exec-PC, SemWare
  7. and NewWare.  Other than minor  changes because of  bugs and/or possible
  8. improvements in  size and  speed or  the addition  of a  new macro, work
  9. on these macros is now finished.

  11. AMAC33.ZIP contains:
  12.  
  13. 1. BOOK15.QM  are a series  of four  macros to place  () around selected
  14. words in QEdit documents as bookmarks.  Getting to a desired location in
  15. a document or a help file is almost instantaneous.
  16.  
  17. 2. CENT10.QM are QEdit macros to center lines/paragraphs/documents.
  18.  
  19. 3. FILE19.QM  QEdit macros allow  the user  to select files  from a list
  20. to: either load  a file, read a  macfile, delete a  file, read a macfile
  21. of loaded txtfile,  save a read-only  file, or save  files with the name
  22. either  09141025.EXT or  file NAME.914.  File sorting  is done  using DX
  23. Directory Extender, not included with these files.

  25. 4. MACR27.QM contains  QEDIT macros to  easily convert macros  to & from
  26. text/binary using QMAC:

  28.   @2-Refresh  with "standard"  mac:  @3-Merges current  with designated,
  29.   reads: @4-Appends  txt to "standard"  txt & mac,  reads: @5-Gets Error
  30.   file: @6-Makes  dummy txt  from current: @7  & @t-Makes  & reads dummy
  31.   mac  from txt:  @8-Reads  mac of  txt:  @9-Makes mac  only: @0-Makes &
  32.   reads  mac: @f1-Makes  single column  of  commands in  macro: @f2-Puts
  33.   command  key beside  a  single command  in  a macro:  @f3-Puts command
  34.   key  beside ALL  commands in a  macro:  @f4-Gets a  single command and
  35.   it's key on screen.

  37. 5.  PAGE23.QM QEdit  macros "paginate"  documents  and QMAC  txtfiles so
  38. page break locations can be seen and moved for better readability.

  40. 6.  QLST13.QM contains  macros  that enables  QEdit  to load  a  list of
  41. files  from a  FileList of  unlimited length.  These may  be two  of the
  42. broadly most useful macros so far.

  44. 7. RFRM22.QM  contains macros to  reformat QEDIT  blocks, paragraphs and
  45. documents. Asterisks can be added and deleted in front of lines, blocks,
  46. and  paragraphs for  commenting. Number of  words  in a  document can be
  47. counted. Make/Break-apart  a comma  delimited file.  Deletes blank lines
  48. in documents. Right justifies text.

  50. 8. SET12.QM is  a QEdit maaro to  get a Dos  environment variable on the
  51. screen, and then remove it.

  53. 9.  SIZE13.QM are  QEdit  macros that  quickly  shows the  byte  size of
  54. macros.  Size is  added to  the end  of  the macro  with an  asterisk in
  55. column 1.

  57. 10.   SRCH21.QM  are  QEdit  macros  to  search/replace  text  in  files
  58. containing  search  text.  Only files  containing  the  search  text are
  59. loaded  automatically   and the   desired search/replace   is performed.
  60. Files  remain  loaded  after  replacement  for  easy  checking. Search &
  61. replacement may  be done  both from the  command line  and while editing
  62. files. Includes  other macros  modifying cursor  location with wordleft,
  63. wordright, cursorleft, and cursorright.

  65. 11. TOGL11.QM contains QEdit macros to toggle Insert and AutoIndent On.
